This Elegant Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide
To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
